歌訣二

後肘先疊肘掩心，
手在翻塌向前跟。
跟到前肘合抱力，
前後兩手一團神。

"The rear elbow is folded and in line with the stomach,
The palm turns downward and extends forward.
The rear palm is below the elbow of the lead arm,
Both palms coordinate in harmony to become one whole power."
