歌訣三

步彎腳直向前伸，
形如推磨一般真。
屈膝隨胯腰扭足，
眼到三面不搖身。

"The curved step and straight foot extend forward,
The form is as if it was truly pushing a millstone.
Bend knees, the hips follow; the waist twists the feet,
The eyes watch the three surfaces (the surroundings), the body does not change."
