舌為肉梢,
捲則氣降,
目張髮聳,
丹田愈沉,
肌容如鐵,
內堅腑臟。

"The tongue is the extremity of the flesh.
If one rolls it up, the the qi is tame.
One should open the eyes, the hair rises up,
Sink more the dantian.
Then one’s muscles will look like iron
And the organs and viscera will strong."
