歌訣四、邁法

功夫本從彎步來，
兩手變化隨步開。
高挑低摟橫掩避，
推託帶領不離懷。

"Skills come from the circle walking,
Hands change when steps change.
Block high, gather low, and horizontally dodge to avoid,
Push, lift, carry and roll do not leave the bosom."
