歌訣七、手法

偏重則隨雙重滯，
外硬裏軟拈槍勢。
橫推裏勾身有主，
只有吸手腰腹隨。

"Single-weighted is alive and double-weighted is sluggish,
Hard on the outside and soft on the inside, as holding a spear.
Push horizontally, hook inwards, the body has a master,
The hands just follow the waist."
